Syllabus
This course teaches participants about all elements of reading blueprints, including drawings, specifications, dimensions, elevation, schedules and surveys, through instruction, as well as with sample blueprints for participants to interpret.

- Correct Interpretations of Applicable Code Rules

- Apply the Principles of Magnetism
- Corrective Action taken against the Electrical Hazards
- Safe Handling of Materials and Handling Equipment
- Read and Interpret Drawings and Specifications
- Principles of Electricity

Description
This half day classroom course teaches construction industry professionals about the electrical code and how to interpret and meet the requirements for safe electrical handling and installation. Understanding the Electrical Code is an important foundation skill in the construction industry.
Candidates for this course:
Would benefit Designers, Drafts persons, Inspectors, Site Supervisors, Construction Managers, Warranty Representatives and Technicians, Trades, Suppliers, Support Staff, Customer Service Representatives, and Management Personnel in the Construction Industry.
